I'm just not completely sold. Who is this for? If I see a guy reading this, do I show him mine and ask him to dinner to compare notes, or do I ask him to play gay or straight with me at TML this Saturday?

Apparently, it's been in existence since Summer 2006, a quarterly deal. This is the first I've heard of it...what does that say?
