Don't Play with Moustaches

I would really not be upset if my life were like this. I promise.

I'm in the middle of listening to Pitchfork's top 100 songs of 2008. So far, eh. I'm at #33, and mostly it's indie, electronic dance, or hip hop. I'm into all of those things, so I suppose it's not too terrible, but I expected a bit more. All I can think of is how Zach told me that Pitchfork is the devil (get the pun??) and were all pretentious, which I can easily go for, but he also thinks that everything is pretentious (Hi, Zach!), so I'm taking it with a pile of salt. BUT, it has solved like 3 mystery songs that I've heard this past year and had no clue what they were or who they were by, so thank you Pitchfork, for solving many a mystery.

Speaking of top music of 2008, here's the Current's top 89 albums of the year. A dear friend showed me Passion Pit early this year and they have made quite the rise since then, and are going to be large and in charge soon, give them a listen you probably won't regret it. I would definitely recommend listening to Sleepyhead. I can't believe I haven't advertised them earlier, I'm so embarrassed!
