I'm sure that all the good groups and performers have gotten together and decided that the winter totally sucked to come to Minneapolis, so now they've all decided to come here all en mass this spring and summer. Looks like I'll be broke come the end of May.

• April 11- Andrew Bird at The State Theatre
• April 15- Death Cab for Cutie with Cold War Kids at Roy Wilkins...only if Emily comes.
  
• April 21- Peter, Bjorn and John at The Fine Line
• April 22- Yann Tiersen at The Triple Rock... he did the soundtrack for Amelie, BTW
• May 3- Flight of the Conchords at Northrop Auditorium
• May 11- The Kills at First Ave
  
• May 20- Animal Collective at First Ave
• July 20- Reverend Horton Heat with Nekromantix at First Ave

And it looks like I found my new favorite musical project...Sway Machinery, which is made up of members from Arcade Fire, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Balkan Beat Box and Antibala.
